Önmagában nem is lenne mit hozzátenni, hiszen egy piaci képletről van szó: a megrendelő és a felület tulajdonosa megegyeznek egy árban, és elkezdődik a közlés. Most persze azonnal mondhatja valaki, hogy a kettős állampolgárság nem fűnyírógép vagy fogyasztótabletta, de még csak kényelmes, idényre szabott lábbeli sem, és nem ildomos ennyire bagatellizálni – főleg itt Kárpát-medencei viszonylatban – az állampolgárságot, a magyart, a kettős kötődés felvállalását. Nem is hozakodnék elő ezzel, ha nem tűnt volna fel, hogy két hónapja nem volt híre az ilyen jellegű tematizálásnak, és amennyiben jól érzékelem, az ütem egyre inkább gyorsul. Újságírói-emberi kíváncsiságból egy közösségi oldalon posztolt reklámklip kommentárjait is megnéztem: hát nem tenném az ablakba, ha a kérdés kormányzati felelőse lennék; a diszkrét, ám egyértelmű elhatárolódástól az éles polemizálásig az ellenérzésnek majd minden árnyalatát kínálta a hozzászólások csokrétája. Nem állítom, hogy ez a jelenség a meghatározó reakció, egyszerűen csak konstatáltam egy helyzetet.</span><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A helyzet pedig fokozódni fog: 2022 tavaszára, pontosabban április vagy május havára Áder János kitűzi az országgyűlési választások dátumát. Lesz a törvény által megszabott 50 napos hivatalos kampány, és van az ezt megelőző időszak, amelyben zajlik a szavazótáborok mobilizálása. Például úgy is, hogy a kormány külképviseletei révén megrendeli a propagandaanyagokat, amelyek által mindazokat szeretné megszólítani, akik eddig nem igényelték a magyar állampolgárságot. Késlekedők, bizonytalankodók, vagy csak elsőszavazók, akik épp most cseperedtek abba a korba, hogy igényelhessék a „magyar buletint”. Annak mindennemű előnyével.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A hála nem kimondottan politikai kategória, ez a korteselőjáték pedig erre az érzelemre apellál: egyrészt lehetőséged van magyarságodat így is megvallani és felvállalni, másfelől az érzelmi pluszon kívül számos konkrét előnnyel jár a magyar útlevél: amíg Románia a Shengen-övezeten kívülre reked, és az amerikai vízumügy sem moccan ki mostani dermedtségéből, nos, addig a sávolt címerpajzsos-koronás útiokmány egyértelműen az előny garanciája… és feltétele. Emiatt erdélyi tulajdonosa akár úgy is érezheti, hogy legalább négyévente tartozik egy vokssal, és ilyenkor jut(tatják) eszébe, hogy az oktatási támogatás, óvodaépítési program, meg a számtalan pályázat, melyet a neves erdélyi fejedelemről elnevezett alapítvány révén vagy egyéb csatornákon az anyaország évente már jó ideje, hogy biztosít.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A Fidesz–KDNP eddig toronymagasan nyerte a határon túli mérkőzést: 2014-ben a voksok 95,49, rá négy évre a szavazatok 96,24%-át szerezte meg. Különösebb váteszi adottság hiányában is megelőlegezhető, hogy ez az arány jövőre is 90 százalék körül alakul. Mandátum-kalkulátorral most nem érdemes bajlódni, mert nem tudni, milyen arányú jelenlét lesz jövőre az urnáknál, ennek függvényében a becslések a 0 és a 2, legfeljebb 3 mandátum közötti intervallumban valószínűsítik a határon túliak szavazatainak súlyát. A magyarországi közvélemény-kutatások tavaly november óta stabilan 50 százalék alatt mérik a jelenlegi kormánypárti támogatottságot, a közösen fellépő ellenzék esélyei, az előválasztásokban rejlő buktatók dacára, korántsem elhanyagolhatóak – állítja egybehangzóan több szakértő. Bár a Tusványos 31. kiadása a honlapon már július 20–25 közötti időszakra tehető, korántsem biztos, hogy a járványhelyzet addig lehetővé teszi, hogy a diáktábor és szabadegyetem zárónapján elhangozzék kötelező-megszokott kellékként Orbán Viktor előadása. Mely, a kalendáriumot tekintve, aligha lesz mentes kortesbeszédi elemektől.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Mindent összevetve, a jelenlegi felmérések, elemzések és projekciók megfontolandó része kiélezett hatalom-ellenzék meccset vetítenek előre jövő tavaszra. Ebben a mérkőzésben pedig a határon túli vokstulajdonos – és tehát in extenso maguk a közösségek – hatványozottabban fontos tételként jelenik meg. Bármilyen lesz az eredmény, részben a peremországok szavazóképes magyarjai is felelősek lesznek érte. Ha marad a mostani hatalmi képlet, akkor az ellenzék kritikája, ha elúszik a kétharmados többség, vagy netán vetésforgó jön, akkor meg a hatalomból távozók bezzegelése lesz osztályrésze. Mert az is jelzésértékű, ha épp nem megy el szavazni az amúgy regisztrált vokstulajdonos (lásd: Papp Z. Attila – Vass Ágnes: <em>Külhoni szavazás: kontextusok és Kárpát-medencei percepciók</em>, 2014), vagy elmegy és készakarva „elrontja” (a levélszavazatos rendszer technikai bonyolultsága miatt amúgy is igen magas az érvénytelen voksok aránya). Az eddigi tendencia mérséklődő szavazókedvre utal: 2014-ben a regisztrált határon túli választók 81 százaléka élt szavazati jogával, míg 2018-ban 70 %. Kárpát-medencei belgaságában vajon hogyan is viszonyuljon, ha a választási kampány kitartott hajrájában, mondjuk decembertől kezdődően az egyre harsányabb magyarországi politikai diskurzus egyik tételévé avanzsál, érv és ellenérv tárgya lesz, bár gyanítom, hogy ez a korteshadjárat – mint egyébként a világon bárhol másutt – nem az érvek fennkölt párviadalaként vonul be a politikatörténetbe. Szóval előre megmondtam: nem lesz nékünk nyugovásunk jövő ilyenkor, de nyilván nem fogom sikerélményként regisztrálni, ha épp igazam lesz, és különben is, a napi sajtó nem arra való, hogy ilyen alaposan visszalapozzanak benne, hacsak nem egy sajtótörténész kutakodik, vagy egy szemináriumra készülő médiaszakos egyetemi hallgató nem bóklászik redakciók immár egyre digitálisabb gyűjteményeiben. </span></p></p>\n"
