És akkor egy szót sem szóltunk az evolúciót tagadó, az emberiséget a jövőből származtató miniszterről, akinek a kinevezése még a legelmaradottabb harmadik világbeli bananisztánban is gúnykacajt váltana ki minden épelméjű emberből.</span><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A rácsteszt, mint vizsgáztatási módszer amúgy meglehetősen gyenge. Akárhány válaszlehetőséget is adnak, alapvető logika birtokában azokból párat mindig ki lehet szűrni és a maradék lehetőségek közül még találgatásos alapon is elég sok helyes válasz születhet, tehát az ilyen fajta megmérettetés nagyon rossz tükör.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">De ez mellékes. Sokkal fárasztóbb és bosszantóbb annak a felismerése, hogy most is és itt is az történik, ami Romániában szinte mindenhol a közszférában: a kutyát se érdekli az eredmény. Az egyedüli cél az, hogy az illetékesek elmondhassák „kidolgoztuk”, „életbe léptettük”, „foganatosítottuk”, „bevezettük” és a többi hivatali bükkfanyelvi kifejezést s mindezeket sokoldalas fontoskodó jelentésekben meg lehessen írni. Színlelés, porhintés minden.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">És erre fényes bizonyítékot az kap csak igazán, aki megmártózik – mint e sorok írója is tette – a tanügyben, és megtapasztalja saját bőrén, mi foglalkoztatja mániákus szinten a felsőbb illetékeseket tanfelügyelőségtől kezdve a miniszterig: papírok.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Papírok és okmányok, nyomtatványok és táblázatok irgalmatlan tömege. A mai tanár másodállásban aktatologató, és az igazán fájdalmas dolog ebben az, hogy az eredményeire alig kíváncsi valaki, a papírhegy kell rendben legyen.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">És mert nem hiszem, hogy kívülállónak lehet fogalma arról, miből is áll mindez, elnézést kérve kicsit körbeírnám, mit kell tartalmaznia egy mezei zenetanár minden évben újra és újra összeállítandó zongoraoktávnyi dossziéjának.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Először is ott kell legyen az úgynevezett Europass életrajz. Aztán a hivatali beosztás, a kinevezés egy példánya. Az órarend, az órák leosztása és félévre, valamint teljes évre való összegezése. Ki kell nyomtatni (spóroljunk az erdőkkel ejsze) a tantárgyának megfelelő tantervet, minden egyes osztály esetére. Ki kell dolgozni és kinyomtatni a tanterv leosztását fél évre, évre, valamint tanítási témákra, pontosan megjelölve a dátumot, amikor az adott téma majd sorra kerül (aztán ha ötletszerűen bedobott szabadnapok, egyebek miatt csúszik az egész, vagy egyszerűen azért, mert egy témára az adott osztályban a vártnál több időt kell szánni, akkor... akkor rögtönözz, írkálj be mindenféle megjegyzést, írd át a dátumokat, csinálj, amit tudsz). Ki kell nyomtatni az úgynevezett előteszteket, a teszteket, az osztályzatok alakulását, a statisztikai mutatókat, a plusz felkészítőket (külön a tehetségesek foglalkozásait és külön a lemaradottakét), a versenyeket, azok eredményeit, a tervezett plusz tevékenységeket, a teljesítménymutatókat (azaz mit kell tudnia egy diáknak ahhoz, hogy ötöst, hatost stb. kapjon). Mindez persze változik valamelyest évről évre, csak hogy ne unatkozzunk. És ha fárasztó volt ezt végigolvasni, képzeljék, milyen lehet megcsinálni, miközben az ember tudja, hogy tökéletesen értelmetlen dolog, senkinek nem használ semmire, a tanár ezt kínkeservesen összeállítja, majd bedobja a szekrénybe és soha rá se néz, mert nincs benne semmi, ami a tanítás során ténylegesen használható. Csak inspekció alkalmával kell elővenni, mert az óralátogató felügyelőt elsősorban ez érdekli és jó eséllyel bele is köt majd, amibe lehet (pl. „ön miért képességet ír a táblázatba kompetencia helyett?”, vagy „miért ilyen a táblázat formája?”). És ez csak a tanár dossziéja. Ha az ember osztályfőnök, netalán egy-két bizottságnak is tagja, az újabb oktávnyi papírhegyeket jelent, hiszen az osztályfőnöki órák java része is aktatologatással telik, ugyanis amíg a szülő alá nem írja, hogy beleegyezik, addig az iskolai fogorvos nem kezelheti a gyereket – hogy csak egy példát mondjak a sokból. Osztálynevelés? Közösségformálás? Ugyan mikor? </span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Az iskola szintjén pedig ennek a sokszorosa zajlik, hiszen se szeri se száma azoknak a papírhalmoknak, amelyek naprakészen meg kell legyenek. Procedúrák és nyomtatványok tömkelege kéretik. Két diák összeverekedik az udvaron? Van rá egy nagyjából hatvan oldalas procedúra, ezt ki kell nyomtatni minden évben (hiszen változik) és legalább három különböző dossziéba bekötni, hogy az inspektor mosollyal távozzon. Kábítószerfogyasztás merül fel? Másik füzetnyi procedúra. Baleset a szünetben? Még egy. Ötvennél is több ilyen procedúra létezik!</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Van ebben lényeg? Van ebben valami, ami tényleg fontos, amiért a tanár ezzel kellene töltse az ideje jó részét, ahelyett, hogy készülne, olvasna, képezné magát, stratégiákat fontolgatna, kollégáival egyeztetne, kidolgozna jobb, újabb módszereket, lépést tartana az újdonságokkal?</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Nem. Ez mind porhintés, amely politikusból vedlett hivatalnokocskák és nagyobb, pökhendibb potentátok létjogosultságát hivatott igazolni minden valóban fontos dolog rovására!</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Hol marad mindezek mellett a tanítás, az emberpalánták emberré faragása, a jellem, a tudás, a szorgalom, az érték és mindaz, amiről az iskola a fáma szerint kellene szóljon? Erre nincs válasz. Hogy sok tanár ma is jól és sikeresen végzi a dolgát, hogy mind a tanításban, mind a nevelésben eredményesek, az nem a rendszernek köszönhető, hiszen gyakorlatilag a rendszer ellenében, vagy jó esetben azzal párhuzamosan történik. Ez a fajta valós eredmény kizárólag azoknak a páratlan szorgalmú, rendkívüli tudású és egyéniségű tanáremberek érdeme, akik (rengeteg nagyon gyenge szakember és pedagógus mellett) szerencsére elég sűrűn léteznek még mindenfele. Kérdés persze, hogy meddig, hiszen, ha a rendszer papírmániája és hanyatt-homlok kapkodása jelzi a jövőt, akkor már csak idő kérdése, hogy mikor nevezik ki az első laposföldhívő minisztert?</span></p></p>\n"
