Milyen lenne a világ mama nélkül?</p><p>Mosolyog. Az ő szemében évtizedek bölcsessége, az enyémben harag és düh. Butácskának tűnhetek, hisz a sorssal ellenkezem, mint egy gyermek. Pedig már rég nem tudok úgy ölelni... Őt sem. Képtelen vagyok kifejezni, hogy mennyire szeretem. Hogy nem azért van rá szükségem, mert mindig mesterien elrejt a zsebemben egy tízest, vagy mert mindig van nála csoki. Azért az egyik legfontosabb darabkája az életemnek, mert senki sem örül olyan őszintén nekem, mint ő. A szülői szeretet más, a nagyszülőé kétszer annyi. Hogy pótolható-e? Nincs az az odaadás, ami felérne azzal, ahogy mama varrottast készít nekem. Vagy, ahogy palacsintát készít nekem, amivel hazavárhat. Pedig csak egy valamiből kever mindig többet a masszához. És nem ügyetlenkedésből... Mi ezt nem értjük, mert nem érthetjük. Erőnk feletti dolog. Az emberek mohón felosztják adagokra a napi szeretetet is, mert attól félnek, hogy kifogynak a készletből. Mélyre raktározzák ahelyett, hogy megosztanák. Pedig önzetlenül mindenki lehetne egy kicsit, egy kis ideig nagymama. Aki mesél és énekel és házit ír, és aki a leggazdagabbnak érzi magát akkor is, ha a világ megfosztotta minden vagyonától. Mert ő nem pénzben méri azt. Nem vagyontárgyakban, nem aranyban, ezüstben. Neki az érték, a megfizethetetlen az, hogy van, aki megkérdezze: <em>hogy vagy, mama</em>?</p><p>– Te vigyázz magadra! – szól utánam mindig, amikor elköszönünk. Sok minden benne van ebben az intésben. Mintha csak azt mondaná: neked kell óvatosnak lenned, engem már számtalanszor próbára tett az élet, de mindig sikerült... és erőssé váltam. És tudom, hogy így van. Ő nem olyan nő, mint én vagy édesanyám. Ő megélte a nélkülözést, küzdött a családért, harcolt a változásokkal. Szolgált vagy a gyár falai között töltött napokat, hogy pénzt keressen, majd férfierőt megszégyenítő kitartással házat épített és földet művelt. Aztán elfogadta, hogy el kell engedni azt, akiért sokat harcolt, végül pedig elengedni mindent, és néha egyedül maradni. Az ősz haját fésülve sokszor azon tűnődtem, hogy talán abban lehet az ereje neki is, mint a bibliai Sámsonnak. Ám azóta levágatta, és semmi sem változott. Mostanra már a festékről is lemondott, de mama ugyanolyan gyönyörű és életerős az én szememben. Közben pontosan tudom, hogy van, amikor elfárad. Belefárad a megpróbáltatásokba és a világba, amit már nehezen tud követni. Vagy belefárad egy betegségbe, egy rossz hírbe, amit már nem tud úgy fogadni, mint régen. A mindennapokba, ahol rohanás nélkül nem lehet, ahol csúcsokat döntöget a gonoszság és a gyűlölködés, és ahol az ember saját bőrében sincs biztonságban. De még nem adja fel, és nem is engedem neki.
