Ezért, hogy leleplezzem azokat, akik hazudnak nekem, számos szakértői véleményt olvastam a témával kapcsolatban, és úgy gondolom, hogy most már könnyebben észre tudom ezt venni, mint korábban.</p><p><!--more--></p><p>A tippek leginkább azokra a helyzetekre vonatkoznak, amikor olyan emberrel beszélgettek, akiben valami miatt nem tudtok megbízni, vagy úgy érzitek, hogy nem ismeritek igazán. A hazugság, egészen pontosan az emiatt keletkezett stressz hatására megduzzadhat az orr, valamint a test többi részének állapota is megváltozhat, ezért ha valaki valótlant állít, gyakrabban ér egyes testrészeihez. A hazugság legismertebb jelei a szemkontaktus kerülése, valamint az arc bármely részének megérintése. A testbeszédet megfigyelve lehet a legkönnyebben rájönni, ha valaki lódít. A legtöbb ember, aki nem mond igazat, tisztában van azzal, hogy az előbb említett két jel nagyon könnyen észrevehető, emiatt mindent megtesz, hogy elkerülje ezeknek a kinyilvánítását.</p><p>A hazugság nehezebben észrevehető jelei nem a testbeszédben, hanem a kommunikációban keresendők. Például, ha valakinek felteszünk egy kérdést, érdemes megfigyelni, hogy az illető válasza mennyire részletes. Aki nem mond igazat, általában röviden, tömören válaszol a feltett kérdésre, nem igazán megy bele a részletekbe, mivel nem akar belebonyolódni a hazugságba. Gyanús lehet viszont az is, ha a megkérdezett személy túl gyorsan válaszol a feltett kérdésekre, vagy ha valamit túl részletesen mond el. Ebben az esetben valószínű, hogy az illető egy előre betanult kamuszöveget ad elő. Biztosra úgy mehetünk, ha olyan kérdést teszünk fel, amire úgy gondoljuk, hogy az adott személy nem számít, s nem készülhetett fel rá előre. Hazugság közben az ember általában feszült, emiatt hamarabb ki lehet hozni a sodrából, mint azt, aki igazat mond. Egyes esetekben például megfigyelhető: ha valaki valótlant állít, indokolatlanul ideges lesz, más stílusban beszél, mint normális esetben. Az ,,őszintén szólva” vagy ,,igazság szerint” szófordulatok használata szintén gyanús lehet, mert előfordulhat, hogy valaki ezeknek a kifejezéseknek a használatával próbálja hihetően előadni a hazugságot.</p><p>Azonban fontos, hogy ne ítéljünk elhamarkodottan, az előbb felsoroltak nem feltétlenül biztos jelei a hazugságnak, inkább ezek együttes megjelenése alapján következtethetünk arra, hogy a személy, akivel beszélünk, nem őszinte velünk.
