Hatnapos korában kezdődtek a koraszülött, de stabil állapotú Alexandra problémái, akit szülei a legjobb kezelés reményében kértek átszállítani Besztercéről, ahol született, Kolozsvárra. Az apa szerint néhány nappal később arról tájékoztatták, hogy A gyermek kórházi fertőzést kapott el, ami a máját támadta, s 2-3 féle antibiotikum pedig, amivel kezelték, nem kifejezetten arra a bakteriális fertőzésre hatottak. A szülők kifogásolják, hogy vérvételhez használatos speciális kémcsövek hiánya miatt nem tudták meghatározni, melyik lenne a leghatékonyabb antibiotikum, így csak „érzésre” adták a kezelést. Az Antena 1 híradója szerint a kislány orvosi jelentése ezt egyértelműen alátámasztja.</span><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Emanuel Cical egy héttel később vesztette életét. Ő is az előírtnál korábban született, miután koronavírussal diagnosztizált édesanyja vérezni kezdett. Alexandra és Emanuel néhány napig elkülönítésben az intenzív osztály egyazon szobáján osztoztak. Emanuel édesanyja nem érti, ha gyermeke nem szenvedett kórházi fertőzésben, ahogyan azt a klinika állítja, akkor miért különítették el egy szobába az akkor már igazoltan nozokomiális fertőzésben szenvedő kislánnyal, és miért kezelték egész sor antibiotikummal, amiket súlyos bakteriális fertőzésekre használnak. Mindenféle magyarázat nélkül egyik kezelési tervet a másik után íratták alá a szülőkkel. Az anya szerint egyszer azt mondták, hogy gyermeke enyhén vérszegény, majd hogy újabb gyógyszert kell kapnia, a helyzet súlyosbodott, elkezdett feldagadni a hasa, kezdett besárgulni. A gyermek állapotának súlyosságáról csak a sebészeten tájékoztatták őket, ahova az újszülöttet átküldték: a vérszegénység, májelégtelenség, szepszis diagnózisa sokkolta a szülőket, akiknek gyermekük halála előtt valaki azt mondta, Emanuel rendkívül rezisztens kórházi fertőzést kapott el, ám a zárójelentés semmiféle fertőzést nem említ, letagadták.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Egyhetes korában halt meg Elias is, akinek kórlapjában azt írja, anyja fertőzte meg E.coli baktériummal, ám az anya azt állítja, beutaláskor ő maga nem volt fertőzött, a bacilust a kórházban kapta el, és emiatt belázasodott, állapota súlyosra fordult és Elias koraszülöttként jött a világra. Az apa arról nyilatkozott, hogy a fertőzés a gyermek véráramába is bekerült, szepszist és koponyaűri vérzést okozott. Elias a gyermekkórházban halt meg, ahova azért küldték, hogy a tüdejében felgyűlt folyadékot leszívják. A családok egyike az egészségügyi minisztériumhoz is panaszt nyújtott be. A szaktárca mindeddig belső vizsgálatra kérte a kórházat. Az újszülött osztály vezetője nem nyilatkozott, a kórházi fertőzéseket általában tényként elismerő kórházi szóvivő pedig a szülőket hibáztatja: „A legnagyobb hibás a hölgy és a környezet. A valóságban viszont a retorzióktól tartva a legtöbb fertőzéses esetet nem jelentik, és sok esetben nem is tesznek semmit azért, hogy ez jó irányba változzon.
