A kormány által nemrég elfogadott új gyermekvédelmi törvény a visszaélések minden formájára kitér, beleértve az online térben elkövetetteket is, ugyanakkor az általa vezetett minisztérium és az oktatási tárca, valamint az országos gyermekjogvédelmi és örökbefogadási hatóság képviselői dolgoznak egy gyermekjogvédelmi stratégián, amelyet szintén elfogadnak a közeljövőben – magyarázta.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Sorin Ion oktatási államtitkár azt hangsúlyozta, a tanügyminisztérium is dolgozik a jelenség visszaszorítására irányuló intézkedéseken. Facebookot már nem használ a gyermekek 62%-a, Instagramot a 20%-a, helyettük a Whatsapp és a TikTok a menő, előbbit például a fiatalok/gyerekek 98%-a használja, míg utóbbi esetében 15%-uk kommunikált már idegenekkel.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">„A Facebook használata meredeken csökken, egyre népszerűbbek lesznek azonban a fénykép- és videómegosztó platformok. A lányok sokkal több időt töltenek ezeken a közösségi oldalakon, mint a fiúk. E platformok közül a TikTok a legkockázatosabb az idegenekkel való interakció tekintetében” – magyarázta az adatokat a szervezet szociológusa, Cristian Grădinaru.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Tegyük még hozzá: bár az „idősebbek” talán azt sem tudják, mi fán terem, a városi gyerekek – főleg a fiúk – már a Discordot és a Robloxot használják kapcsolattartásra.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Ami a számítógépes zaklatást illeti, a válaszadók 24%-a kapott már sértő, bántó üzeneteket interneten, 16%-ukat zárták már ki csoportból. Kilenc százalékukat meg is fenyegették, ugyanennyiről posztoltak sértő üzeneteket, további nyolc százalék válaszolta, hogy „rossz dolgok” történtek vele, 7% pedig inkább el sem mondta, hogy mi. A felmérés készítői szerint az internetes fenyegetések inkább a fiúkat célozzák, míg a lányokat inkább „csak” sértegetik.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A megkérdezettek 11%-a naponta, további 9%-a pedig hetente kap sértő üzeneteket, a legmegdöbbentőbb viszont talán az, hogy a közösségi hálókon a sértegetők 28%-a, privát üzenetekben a zaklatók 44%-a osztálytárs és/vagy barát. Ráadásul, bár kismértékben (1, illetve 4%), de tanárok is vannak az online bántalmazók között.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A közösségi hálókon a sértegetők 38%-a ismeretlen személy.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Azok, akik cyberbullyinggal szembesülnek, általában (40%) saját maguk próbálták megoldani a helyzetet, 33%-uk pedig abban bízott, hogy az magától megoldódik, elmúlik. A válaszadók 16%-a próbált bosszút állni, 15%-uk viszont magát hibáztatta a kialakult helyzetért. A történteket mindössze a válaszadók 33%-a beszélte meg valamelyik szülejével, 32%-a egy barátjával, 27%-a tanárjával, de 27%-uk senkinek sem mondta el (több opció is bejelölhető volt a kérdéseknél – szerk. megj.). Szaktanácsadáshoz (pl. telefonos tanácsadás) csak a sértettek 2%-a fordult.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Másfelől, a megkérdezettek 17%-a maga is posztolt/küldött már sértő üzeneteket – köztük döntő többségben vannak a tinédzserkorú fiúk –, ugyanakkor a vidéken élő gyerekek körében gyakoribb e „szokás”, mint városon.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A szervezet beszámolt arról is, hogy 2022-ben 8804 bejelentés érkezett az általuk üzemeltetett esc_ABUZ felületre, ebből 6092 káros tartalomra vonatkozott. 2016-tól mostanig több mint 27 ezer bejelentést kaptak ezen a felületen.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">„Aggódunk amiatt, hogy a cyberbullying továbbra is jelentős mértékben érinti a gyermekeket és fiatalokat hazánkban. Ez a jelenség magányt, félelmet, szomorúságot, sőt néha kétségbeesést is okozhat, ami érzelmi, szociális, illetve a gondolkodás vonatkozásában is jelentős hatással van minden érintett gyermekre, legyen az áldozat, szemtanú vagy elkövető. A Save the Children által működtetett tanácsadói vonalon folyamatosan kapunk üzeneteket olyan gyerekektől, akik a cyberbullying áldozatai vagy szemtanúi” – mondta Gabriela Alexandrescu, a szervezet ügyvezető elnöke.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A témában egyébként a gyermekek és szülők az oradenet.ro honlapon találhatnak hasznos információt és tanácsokat – itt ugyanakkor tanácsadást is kérhetnek, vagy jelenthetik, ha valami nem megfelelő – illegális, gyermekeknek ártó stb. – tartalmat találtak az interneten.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;"><span style="font-family: nerisblack; font-size: 26px; line-height: 32px; margin-bottom: 26px; margin-top: 8px;">Magyaroszágon sem rózsás a helyzet </span></span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Az elmúlt két évben a gyerekek az online térben növekvő számban találkoztak felnőtt tartalommal, magukat gyereknek kiadó felnőttel, zsaroló vagy adathalász üzenetekkel – állapította meg egy friss, a biztonságos internet napjára készült magyarországi felmérés.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A Yettel digitális oktatási programja, a ProSuli megbízásából készült kutatás azt vizsgálta, a szülők mennyire vannak tisztában gyermekük online jelenlétével. </span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A kutatási eredmények szerint annak ellenére, hogy a fiatalok szabad idejük nagy részét az interneten töltik, az otthoni beszélgetések során jellemzően az iskolában történtekről faggatják őket szüleik.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Már a 7–12 évesek is aktívan használják a közösségi médiát, pedig egyes platformok szabályzata nem engedi a regisztrációt 13 éves kor alatt.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Bár a szülők legfeljebb fele beszélget gyermekével az online térben zajló dolgokról, érdekes módon 85 százalékuk úgy véli, tisztában van azzal, miket oszt meg gyermeke a közösségi médiában – írta közleményében a Yettel.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A felmérés alapján a legnépszerűbb platformnak továbbra is a Facebook és a Messenger számít (66 százalék), az Instagram népszerűsége viszont – bár a kamaszok továbbra is előszeretettel használják – 43 helyett már csak 35 százalékos. Az Instagram második helyét átvette a TikTok, amelyet a korábbi 39 százalék helyett már a gyerekek fele használ. YouTube-ot tízből négyen használnak rendszeresen.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A válaszadók szerint gyermekük jellemzően magukról, barátokról vagy családtagokról (32 százalék), a lakóhelyről, hobbiról, házikedvencről vagy iskoláról készült fotókat (25 százalék) oszt meg az interneten, de az idén 18 százalékról 44 százalékra ugrott azoknak az aránya, akik semmi ilyesmit nem posztolnak.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A kutatás alapján a szülő-gyerek beszélgetések jórészt az iskolában történtekre (89 százalék), a tanulásra (86 százalék), a helyes viselkedésre (80 százalék) és a gyermeket a suliban vagy az után ért sérelmekre (74 százalék) korlátozódnak. Az idegenekkel való online chatelés, a közösségi oldalak használata, az internetes zaklatás, a helyes viselkedés a neten továbbra sem tartozik a leggyakoribb beszédtémák közé, csupán 46 százalékban esik szó ezekről.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A szülők visszajelzése szerint a gyerekek 71 százaléka már biztosan találkozott álhírekkel, felnőtt tartalommal, zsaroló vagy adathalász üzenettel, illetve magát nagyjából egykorúnak kiadó felnőttel az online térben. A felmérés azt mutatja, hogy ha egy gyermek ilyen tartalmakkal vagy jelenséggel találkozik, továbbra is igen nagy arányban (82 százalékban) jelzi azt szüleinek.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">Koren Balázs, a ProSuli szakmai vezetője kiemelte: amióta túl vagyunk a járványidőszakon, és az élet visszaállt a normál kerékvágásba, a figyelem kissé elterelődött a fiatalok online tevékenységéről, noha ők az idejük jelentős részét továbbra is az interneten töltik. Megtalálni a közös hangot, feltenni az első kérdést azonban nem könnyű feladat” – hangsúlyozza közleményében az NMHH, kiemelve, hogy a gyermekek támogatása érdekében a szülőknek érdemes mielőbb megismerkedniük a videójátékok kultúrájával.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A hatóság ismertette a Magyar Elektronikus Műsorszolgáltatók Egyesületével (MEME) közösen végzett 2022-es kutatása eredményét is, amely szerint a gyerekek már óvodáskorban megismerkednek a videójátékokkal, és az online szórakozás szerepe várhatóan tovább erősödik a következő években.</span></p><p style="font-family:nerislight;color:#48484a;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;text-align:left;margin-bottom:19px;display:block;"><span style="color:#48484a;display:block;font-family:nerislight;font-size:16px;line-height:20px;margin-bottom:19px;text-align:left;">A kutatást idézve kitérnek arra, hogy a gyermekek kisiskolásként, 7–9 évesen veszik kezükbe az első játékkonzolokat, ekkor még viszonylag erős szülői felügyelet mellett. „A 6–11 évesek mindennapjaiban a gyermekfilmek és vicces videók mellett egyre nagyobb mértékben jelen vannak az online játékok – lányoknál inkább öltöztetős, állatos, gondoskodásra épülők, a fiúknál pedig a Minecraft.
